Acquisition Advisory & Capital Raising – Panthera Global combines its acquisition advisory and capital raising services for seasoned and proven healthcare executives. We actively search for well-qualified healthcare executives, typically with experience running a profit and loss statement of at least $500 million. We then work with the executive to find a suitable acquisition target. Additionally, PGI works with private equity firms in this process to establish new platform companies or assist with add-on acquisitions.
