FINANCIAL ANALYST
JOB DESCRIPTION
Primary job duties include creating financial models and preparing valuation analyses, drafting confidential memoranda, assisting in the due diligence process, creating management presentations, identifying and evaluating potential targets or acquirors and performing industry research assignments. We are also looking for someone who can work alongside senior bankers and clients to support transactions.
REPRESENTATIVE CANDIDATES

One to three years of investment banking, corporate finance and/or valuation experience – preferably in the middle market and with knowledge of the healthcare industry

Bachelors degree in finance or business related subject (accounting/economics) required

Experience and understanding of financial modeling and valuation models including DCF, LBO, Precedent Transactions and Comparable Companies

Thrive in a fast-paced, “up or out” environment

Positive, “team-player” attitude

Possess a strong work ethic, along with demonstrated leadership and strong oral and written communication skills

Has achieved some level of success, both professionally and academically

Strong attention to detail (focused on completing tasks accurately and in a timely manner)
